By accessing or using Aivoxio's voice AI services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Aivoxio provides AI-powered voice agent services including but not limited to: automated call answering, appointment booking, lead capture, CRM integration, and bilingual (English/French) call handling. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
To use the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Services are billed monthly in advance. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time with no penalty. Upon cancellation, service continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Each plan includes a specified number of call minutes per month. Additional minutes are billed at the rate specified in your plan. Unused minutes do not roll over. We reserve the right to impose reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse.
Calls handled by our Services may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training, and service improvement. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from callers for recording and processing their calls in accordance with applicable laws.
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We do not sell your data or your callers' data to third parties.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.
You agree not to use the Services for:
The Services, including our AI models, software, and branding, are the intellectual property of Aivoxio. You retain ownership of your business data and call recordings. You grant us a license to use your business information to provide and improve the Services.
Aivoxio's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or missed opportunities.
Either party may terminate at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ottawa, Ontario.
